Terrible. Full of employees who would rather complain about having to do work than actually getting work done. Extremely slow... and un-motivated staff. Less than courteous window service, they'll say "here" as they hand you your order, then turn around.Not a smart way to run a business. It's a bad stain on the reputation of DD as a company. Won't be returning any time soon.Spare yourself and try a different location. EDIT: A year later, and it took 20 minutes to get two sandwiches, being second inline. The food is fine BUT I could come here at 6 am or 2 pm and every employee is rude and acts like they don?t want to be there.... Never say thank you or give your total. I spent my hard earned money to be treated poorly EVERYTIME I go. Think I?m gonna stickwith Starbucks they spilled my drink all over and made me wait while they cleaned it up and made a new one. Every time I go here it?s always a problem either very slow service or the order is completely wrong. Called corporate because I... finally had enough and they said the store manager would reach out to me well 3 weeks later and still have heard nothing.completely butchered my order and as I?m walking in to go get it fixed another guy is walking in because his order was wrong welook at the bags and see that they mixed up our orders. but once I?ve opened ?my? bag the order was still completely wrong andtold the workers that I just had to swap bags with a stranger in their parking lot and they look like they could careless. Ordered a Sourdough Sandwich and my egg was cold, only one side of the sandwich was toasted and the overall taste was off. There... is a very strong taste of the sourdough and also a strong rye taste. All of the flavors I usually like. I would not recommendthis item based on my experience. Read more
Horrible service, if I could put half a star I would, I went there for weeks after a new job, and almost every single time, the... food was crushed, mashed, off tasting or burnt to charcoal. Not to mention the coffee...you have a better chance of hitting thelotto that getting the coffee you ordered, or it tasting ok. The employees can be pretty rude not, greeting me about half thetime, and rushing me away, treating the interaction like an inconvenience. Please somebody change the attitude around thatplace, and if not that then the people, because they clearly don't care. Read more
Worse service ever. They need more help. They changed me for my food and didn't give me all of it. Check your bags before you... go. The manager was present but wasn't to worried about the 15 cars in drivethru or the 5 people in line. With a cook and acashier working. Do better Read more
