Can I give 0 stars? Supremely dismissive employee totally ignored me standing at the counter for more than 5 minutes. He... absolutely saw me, made eye contact, and subsequently ignored me as well as my companions who entered behind me after some time.I decided to use the restroom while we waited to be helped - the bathroom door was locked. I tried to get the employee'sattention to grab the key - he saw me and just kept ignoring me. Went to the McD across the street and had no problem grabbing acoffee, a snack and using the restroom with no ignoring whatsoever. Read more
I went to this dunkin around 6:30am today and I am extremely satisfied with the service! There was only one employee when I went... there and she was doing an amazing job and got my order ready in a timely and quality manner! Nice staff but place was a little less clean then it should be. Got my first drink decent time (mobile order) but then a free... others you got their drinks while I waited a while. No biggie but def shouldn't have a huge time gap between the same orderyou'd think. Read more
