They are always fast and courteous here and often will have my order ready before I walk in when I order ahead in their app.

I like to do a morning walk from my work every Sunday to grab a coffee and a sandwich, but it feels like every two to three... weeks they lock their doors for the day and close the lobby while never posting it anywhere. Went to get coffee this morning was so excited they were open at 5am! Went to the drive thru speaker no one answered, went to... the window no one answered, so I callled the store. A lady answered and I asked if I could get a cup of coffee. She said she hada late start to the morning and won?t open until 5:30am. If I did this at my work I would be fired on the spot. Very poor customer service. They didn't put any sweetener in my coffee I get to work and my coffee is awful. I call to let them... know and I received a complete attitude from the supposed manager, Carolyn. No resolution for me spending 5$ on a coffee i can'tdrink. Worst customer service experience ever. I requested district manager info and they refused to give it. Go figure. Read more
I don?t typically write reviews, but I am always so impressed with the staff here whenever we visit. We come here for coffee... weekly and always get an order of munchkins for our toddlers to split. They remember our kids? favorite flavors without usneeding to ask and always make sure the split is even. And of course the coffee and the customer service is always excellent!We?ve lived all over the country, but this DD is a step above! Read more
The staff is ever revolving with the exception of Lucky who should probably be the manager but anyway. It's really inconsistent... as far as the coffee to the point that I opt out of asking for non dairy options because they often are made with dairy anyway.And for the love of God please turn down the temperature the oven. The hashbrowns are always burned. Read more
