It was good here but their Chai is a powdered chai that has milk in it which was a bit upsetting. They do not have this... advertised somewhere and as someone with a milk allergy I would have liked to know before I paid for it and drank some of it.They were kind enough to get me something else though. Had wanted to go to Equal Grounds for a while and this rainy afternoon I thought would be perfect to get a coffee, snack and... read for a bit. Went into the shop and was totally ignored, I was the only person in line and there were two people behind thecounter. I waited a bit and then just left, went to SPOT Coffee, was greeted right away and taken care of wonderfully. EqualGrounds needs to have it's employees go through Customer Service training.
