Furoshiki is absolutely phenomenal. I have never had better ramen in my life, and their fried tofu was perfectly textured and... seasoned just right. The honey soy sauce dip that they had with it was just truly a masterpiece. If you've not been here yet,it's imperative you go at least once in your life. In terms of ramen this restaurant is a bit lacking. We had the Pork Bone Ramen and the Kimchi Ramen. For the Pork Bone the... strength of the broth was lighter than expected and the noodles and egg were overcooked. With the Kimchi I would have liked abit more spiciness and there was no meat in the ramen. If you are expecting a traditional bowl of Tonkotsu or Shoyu Ramen then Iwould go elsewhere. Read more
I loved the pork bone ramen. Was my first time going out for Ramen, and boy was it tasty. Service was good. Food was good. It... tasted healthy. We were the only ones in there that didn't know how to use chop sticks apparently as well. I just wish it was abigger place. It's a bit cramped so going there for birthday parties or just parties in general wouldn't be that convenient Idon't think. Update: Just ate there again. Really good Ramen and Ribs. Special thanks to Olivia & Cheyenne for providing my companion and I a lovely vibe for the evening. We ordered two Pork Bone... Ramens (one spicy and the other regular), Shrimp Yakitori, Pork Belly Buns and of course drinks! The drinks were a Dreaming ofYou cocktail, Mimosa and Apple Sake Bomb! Food is delicious and comes in a decent portion size! We have had a great experience in the past but, we were not as impressed... with the quality of service at our most recent visit. Ordered shrimp dumpling app. Very good. A little small to share but delicious. Pork bone ramen with spice bomb was probably some... of the best I've had in a very long time. Would order again. My wife and I shared the fried chicken sandwich and the kimchi ramen w/ pork and a pork bun starter. The pork bun was amazing.... Ramen was also super good, my wife pretty much drank all the broth. Chicken sandwich was above average but they really shinewith their ramen. We are from Syracuse and are already planning our next trip out here so we can get more ramen. Service wasgreat as well. I stopped in for lunch and ordered the garlic broccoli appetizer and pork bone broth ramen. Both were fantastic! The broccoli... was perfectly cooked, with a rich sauce of garlic and parmesan. The ramen was delicious, and as a big guy I was not able tofinish all of my food! I would definitely recommend Furoshiki! Read more
