KFC tastes good normally but lately they have fallen off. The service is horrible. They forget items that you pay for. The gravy... for the mashed potatoes is watery and the chicken is small and made in dirty fry oil (I was a fry cook for years, you can tellthe difference between clean and dirty oil). I hadn?t been to a KFC in a long time and since no one else at our usual family?s Sunday lunch felt like making anything, we... decided to get something quick and KFC won the vote. We did an online order and it was ready when I walked through the door topick it up. Great deal for a lot of food, we all were also really impressed on how everything tasted! In my honest experience, the food has been served accurately and quickly all the 7 times I have been to this restaurant. I can... rarely speak so highly of the speed and quality of fast food, but this is surely one of the best places in the entire area. Theworkers do sometimes sound like they're dead on the inside, but honestly, it's completely understandable since they're underpaidand deal with entitled customers all day. Absolutely disgusting. I was in the midst of eating a room temperature (aka old and surely not fresh to KFC specs) spicy... chicken sandwich when I felt the crunch.... a baby blue bread clip. Obviously the ones they use. Offered me new food but ofcourse I didn't want another thing from them but my money. I took a refund. Never coming back. Period. Read more
Great service, just chicken had a little too much salt. And they have whole wings. When I go to a certain one KFC they never can... give you the whole wings. Because they are saving them for the big meals????. Read more
