Terrible, the chicken pot pie was sunken in, cold, and half full ... The fries were cold...I have never had such a terrible... meal at KFC before! I would give 0 stars if possible... The food was served fast and as ordered. The staff was friendly and the facility was clean.
The reason I'm giving this low of score is because I waited 25 minutes IN DRIVE THRU!! The manager on duty brought my food to... the window, and I told him I'd been waiting for 25 minutes and he slammed the window shut on me. I can honestly say that it was the WORST CHICKEN EVER IN MY 43 YEARS LIFE!!!! Even the biscuit tasted like it was a week old.... One chicken leg was so dry that it was like eating tree bark. The other leg and thigh were soaking wet. I have NEVER had chickenthat was that wet! I'm not sure if it was grease or water. All of it was cold! I tried the wings for the first time. The wingmeat was even soaking wet! The biscuit was hard as a rock! I have no idea why everything was SO HORRIBLE?!?! To add insult toinjury, there is a sign that simply says that you get a free sandwich if you download their app and spend $12 or more. Itdoesn't say anything about having to order on the app! I am right now trying to decide if throwing up is enough, or if I shouldgo to the ER due to their food. Don't go here, your health and life may depend on it! Read more
Absolutely horrible! If I could vote negative stars I would. I was completely lied to, over charged and when I brought it to... their attention it was like I was dismissed or I misordered. Absolutely horrible. Charged me double of what I was supposed tobe. Never again!!! Read more
