I was there for my birthday on October 22. We had a great time as far as family time. It was not loud and the atmosphere was... nice. The food was great. But, I would not bother ordering any booze from this places bar. All of the menus have taped oversticky notes with a new price of $10 for drinks. So I peel back the sticky note and it only said five dollars for drink?spreviously. Ok, big red flag there. And I had 3 Passion fruit Mojito?s while dining. I didnt feel a thing after having 3 in amatter of two hours. I also ordered one for my sister who is a lightweight at drinking. She also did not feel a thing. I amaccusing your restaurant of watering down alcohol. Which is a serious crime in NYS. Will not be going here again. It is quiteobvious that you water them drinks down. Read more
Visited King Crab today. We had a party of 4. The waiter was very kind, patient ,and efficient. ALL of our food was amazing and... Fresh! The restaurant was very clean. We have visited other restaurants in the area that almost offer the same menu, but theycannot touch King Crab. The quality of food was superb. If you like Pina colada's definitely try theirs! Delicious seafood. We had a great waitress and everything we ordered was amazing. I think sharing options and asking about... drink prices is best. The combo appetizer had alot of fries for 22 bucks and the bud lights were a premium so buyer beware. Read more
Not from NY, my family and I decided to eat here before leaving. The server was not knowledgeable about the food, he didn't seem... to know what to do, kept forgetting things we asked for, the manager had to come over after my sister food came out untilprepared and had to send it back. The manager had a very bad attitude with very poor customer service. This was the highlightfor me. Then the server overcharged a card and the manager once again came over with no degree of empathy. Finally, aftergetting it together he walks away as if we were bothering him. Although the food was good it took away from the experience withhorrible customer service. Read more

I enjoyed coming to this restaurant, I ordered the king crab legs which was smaller than usual but also it?s not the season. The... waitress was Nice, definitely recommend visiting this establishment if you?re looking for some good seafood. It's definitely aworkout to get the meat out of those crabs but it's worth it. I'm not really a seafood person, but I frequent go with friends to seafood restaurants because I enjoy the sides, the desserts,... and the general atmosphere. That said, we will never go here again. First, our waitress never returned once after we receivedour food. This wouldn't have been so bad except there was no salt or pepper on any of the tables. It took 17 minutes to tellanother waitress that I wanted some salt and a solid fifteen after that to get the salt. Also, the advertised baked potatoshowed up as three boiled potatoes with no seasoning or toppings, hence the desperate need for salt. Apparently that's all theyserve. We spent nearly twenty minutes without refills, and my companion didn't enjoy his food either. Absolutely terribleservice and neither of us enjoyed the food. Read more
