Menu for Kitchen-Verde in Rochester, NY

Kitchen Verde's plant-based meals are tasty, convenient and healthy -- they help me make sure I stay on track with good eating... throughout my week. I'll admit my original review was 5 stars, but I've had to amend: I still love the service's concept, but Ihad several orders in a row where my delivery didn't show up, or came incorrectly and then I had to follow up a bunch to getthings set right (which, to KV's credit, was absolutely done). As well, I've found the food quality has been a bit uneven: it'salways fresh and clean, but the flavors are sometimes very bland, overcooked or even watery, and don't reheat well. I thinkthere are some stars on the menu (the raw salads, the protein balls, the quiches are great) but for me it's become much morerare I use the service. Read more

Tried ordering through Doordash and the restaurant never finished setting it up lol But it is still on their google info page.... Nevertheless, paid, didn't get any food, and had to deal with doordash. Read more

Food is decent (not great, decent) but the service is awful. Two weeks ago our bag of food arrived REAKING of cigarette smoke.... So much so that the containers still smelled hours later. This week the driver left the food at the end of our driveway,basically in the road, and then drove off without even so much as a phone call or a honk of the horn! If our dog hadn?t alertedus by barking, the food probably would have sat out by the curb all day. Unbelievable. Read more
