Who ever was working 7/31 at 2:30 decided they weren't taking anymore orders for the day. Hung up on me 2x when I called(new... customer). Will never call again. Read more
Our order was messed up and the owner said he would make up for it and was super apologetic...then we got 2 plates and the... burgers literally were rubber. No exaggeration I couldn't eat burgers for a while after that. The owner asked me to take my badpost down but I cant. Mac salad and home fries were delicious though! Update: he made it up to us with a credit and wasdelicious... Then gave them another chance months later and again couldn't get the $60 order right and even had the girl repeatit back to me. Some kid on the phone was rude and literally arguing back and forth with me about how dibellas and wegmans alltoast cold subs(was hot with melted cheese) pizza was made wrong as well...waste of time so i cut it short.... the kid said hisboss was getting "killed" in the kitchen so couldn't talk when I called.... Doubt ill get a call back. Must be short staffed. Idont care for a credit this time. Wont be ordering again. Update: its been 4 days and no call back. Clearly manager could careless! That's fine. Glad I'm able to tell the public of this unprofessional staff and overpriced ok food! Read more
