Our order was messed up and the owner said he would make up for it and was super apologetic...then we got 2 plates and the... burgers literally were rubber. No exaggeration I couldn't eat burgers for a while after that. The owner asked me to take my badpost down but I cant. Mac salad and home fries were delicious though! Update: he made it up to us with a credit and wasdelicious... Then gave them another chance months later and again couldn't get the $60 order right and even had the girl repeatit back to me. Some kid on the phone was rude and literally arguing back and forth with me about how dibellas and wegmans alltoast cold subs(was hot with melted cheese) pizza was made wrong as well...waste of time so i cut it short.... the kid said hisboss was getting "killed" in the kitchen so couldn't talk when I called.... Doubt ill get a call back. Must be short staffed. Idont care for a credit this time. Wont be ordering again. Update: its been 4 days and no call back. Clearly manager could careless! That's fine. Great food. Great service. Staff is always pleasant. Prices are in line with other like businesses. Right now it seems every... place is going up in price. Chicken wings are the highest I've ever seen, but this is everywhere. I always recommend them forpizza and wings. Read more

My slice of pizza was pretty good. My husband said his pizza tasted like grease. I can contest that the grease was dripping down... his hand. It was satisfactory but not the best. Read more

This is the last time I order from Mozzeroni's Gates. I am not one to complain or even do reviews, but for the price you pay for... food they can never get the order right.... there is either something missing or cooked horribly and at the price of 40.00 forwings and a plate mistakes are not allowed in my book. Burger's were burnt to a crisp and there were missing items that shouldhave been included with my wing order. This is not the first time we had issues and is certainly the last. They have employeesand maybe management that does not care. Let's see if I get a response from them. Lastly their Pizza it is by far the worstPizza around. Read more
