Worst customer experience of my life on 11/20/22, I get delivery from there a few mornings a week whenever there has been a... mistake I've driven there and my food was replaced for what I ordered, on this day I go in and I said hey I ordered this and Ireceived this and the refused to correct their mistake because I ordered it through grub hub and would have to contact them(contacting grub hub would in no way other then a refund correct the mistake they made) I said grubhub didn't make the mistakethey delivered the sealed bag that you sent the driver with and the driver didn't put the wrong item in the sealed bag the ladyI dealt with had an extreme attitude and refused to just give me the sandwich I ordered.
