Worst customer experience of my life on 11/20/22, I get delivery from there a few mornings a week whenever there has been a... mistake I've driven there and my food was replaced for what I ordered, on this day I go in and I said hey I ordered this and Ireceived this and the refused to correct their mistake because I ordered it through grub hub and would have to contact them(contacting grub hub would in no way other then a refund correct the mistake they made) I said grubhub didn't make the mistakethey delivered the sealed bag that you sent the driver with and the driver didn't put the wrong item in the sealed bag the ladyI dealt with had an extreme attitude and refused to just give me the sandwich I ordered. I just left dumbfounded by the logictwo people walking by said they hope my day got better and couldn't believe the logic they were hearing. 0%accountability Read more
First time inside since covid. Not oppressed with the interior. Not a warm kid friendly atmosphere. Also, ordering through a... machine is heartless. We ordered through a human employee. Food slow to get produced, but okay. Read more
Place was very dirty inside and good luck finding a place to sit down food was good and tasted as should
Someone needs to check the night girls attitude. I get out of work late after working 12 hours and wanted to pickup food 20 mins... before close. She gave us a hard time ordering then we told her she should drop the attitude and she started hollering out thewindow as we drove away !!! Didn't know working at a McDonald's drive thru was that difficult. Just trash. We usually havegreat service here but didn't need that after a hard shift at my job. Guess I would be disgruntled too if I was too stupid towork at McDonald's. Read more
Very busy in drive through but not busy in-side. So I always get a smile and fast service. I enjoy a friendly smile from the... employees. Great job ???? Ordered a quarter pounder meal and the fries were old, and the hard dried and disgusting ?patty? looked like something you?d... find behind a dumpster. Threw the burger and fries out.
