I was eager to get in and grab me a steak bagel as I was sooooo excited to see that they brought them back. Right after I walked... in to this location the manager walked In directly behind me. Immediately after taking off his coat , without washing his handsgrabs my food and hand it to me .As I placed my order I asked that it be made a specific way with a sweet tea with no ice . Ireceived my sandwich Made incorrectly and the manager took it back to have it re made. I was then brought my sweet tea with alot of ice and I asked that I get a new one the way I ordered it with no ice and the manager told me ?I was really being a painin the neck?. First off if I tell you up front how I want my food that?s how I expect to receive it. If there is a mistake madebecause mistakes do happen? it could have just been swapped out without the sarcasm!! My cashier was ABSOLUTELY AMAZINGHOWEVER?. Because of the managers sarcasm I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION TO ANYONE!! This particular McDonald's was great.big order and they got it out fast and friendly.they also had a handicapped worker... cleaning.he was very friendly and pleasant.i applaude you for hiring the disabled!!!! definitely a A-plus. Read more
Not sure what happened here, I started coming here because this location seemed to be the only McDonald's around that had their... act together but over the last couple of months they have earned their place with the rest of the flock. They can't seem to getmy order right missing food, no egg , no sausage, egg sausage but no cheese no hash browns. Today I notified them that theyfor got my extra sausage the day before and they apologized and said they would not charge me for the extra sausage I did notreceive again today. Nice job team McDonald's keep up the good work. Let's see if dunking Donuts has their act together yet. Read more
