We ordered online for a pickup. We live 12 minutes away so we placed the order and then drove to get it. We stood INSIDE THE... BUILDING for 25 minutes before someone finally gave me an answer as to where my food was. IT WAS SITTING ON THE COUNTER. All thefood was cold, we didn?t get one of our fries, our other fries were rock solid and cold, and when I asked the worker for mydrink cup he rolled his eyes and almost tossed it across the counter at me. So it was about 9:30-10 at night we ordered food and they forgot the fries. I mean I don?t mind paying 5 dollars for a large fry... but at least make sure it makes it in the bag. I should have known at 7:30pm with one car in the drive thru to not bother (must be why Taco Bell had a huge line). Sat at... window waiting for order, nobody was there. Had to go in to get the bag.
