Just came from McDonald?s wanted to surprise my daughter with a milkshake lobby was closed and the two lanes for drive thru was... down to one lane waited in line for just under an hour put my order in went to pay they didn?t have it in their system nomilkshake machine was down I asked what they could do and all they offered was a stupid smoothie. We ordered online for a pickup. We live 12 minutes away so we placed the order and then drove to get it. We stood INSIDE THE... BUILDING for 25 minutes before someone finally gave me an answer as to where my food was. IT WAS SITTING ON THE COUNTER. All thefood was cold, we didn?t get one of our fries, our other fries were rock solid and cold, and when I asked the worker for mydrink cup he rolled his eyes and almost tossed it across the counter at me. So it was about 9:30-10 at night we ordered food and they forgot the fries. I mean I don?t mind paying 5 dollars for a large fry... but at least make sure it makes it in the bag. Yea I should have checked but these people make 18+ an hour I had faith that theywould do their job right haha. Don?t waste your time going here. Read more
I should have known at 7:30pm with one car in the drive thru to not bother (must be why Taco Bell had a huge line). Sat at... window waiting for order, nobody was there. Had to go in to get the bag. Fries old and cold, cheeseburger barely warm yet didn'tlook understaffed with 5 workers. Who the heck is running this place! Read more
This McDonald's is pretty busy and the drive thru is very slow. Sometimes you will have to wait up to 15 min as employees seem... to pause from taking orders for a few minutes after a couple cars. Read more
I was in the drive-through and and I was in the outside lane lane there was a car in front of me placed their order they stared... order after they placed their order I was told I would be helped in a few minutes car on the inside lane was helped next whichis fine but what is not fine is when the next 2 cars behind that 1 are helped ahead of me when I was there ahead of them I won'tbe going back there again and I suggest nobody else does either or you may experience the same issue of sitting there and notgetting waited on while other people who come there after you do Get weighted on. Took our two grandchildren there last night. Only two other customers in the store. And waited 20 minutes for the meals to come... out. Chicken nuggets were greasy, dried out and no flavor. Same for the hamburgers. Terrible service and food. Will never goback there. Read more
Drive-thru line was terribly long. Once I got to the speaker placed my order I waited for four cars from the other drive-thru... Lane before my order was taken. The only bright spot was the lady at the window, who took my payment. Read more
