Never gets the orders correct. Ordered a sausage mcmuffin with eggs got no eggs. Everytime we order from this restaurant it is... never correct cold and slow with terrible customer service. Read more
My last experience is one that has been built up to. Every other time I've come the service has gotten worse each time which has... led to half orders sitting and getting cold, little to no acknowledgement from management and my lack of interest. The last timespecifically I waited 10 minutes after placing an order on the kiosk and I asked the manager for some kind of an answer and Istill had to wait almost another 10 just to get the food. Basically I'm republishing this from about 7 months ago. I noticed that my original review somehow got taken off. I'm very... displeased with McDonald's lately especially this McDonald's I used to go here quite often, but the food is always cold, themanagement doesn't care, and the wait time is over 30 minutes for a fast food order. Reason being they don't take care of thein-house orders as fast as they do the drive-throughs. They're actually was one woman waiting for a redo on an order who wasthere over an hour waiting for that redo. Unfortunately I've been the other McDonald's and they all seem to be the same, coldfood and they take care of the drive-throughs first. McDonald's used to be the gold standard for fast food restaurants, but itseems as of this writing Wendy's has taken over as the gold standard because both McDonald's and Burger King have gone downhillso much. McDonald's is McDonald's it not like they use to be back in the days when I was growing up. Average slow and forgetful McDonald's. Look in the bag before pulling away. It's better in person than delivery because the... delivery driver can't open the bag to verify the order is correct which is annoying as hell. Read more
