Very busy... and I can see why. This place is awesome I always loved McDonalds if only I could show everyone a picture of my... double cheeseburgers they were perfect, warm, fresh, and they tasted great! The man who gave me my food greeted me with respectand said "here you go, you have a good night" sometimes the simple things really make you feel happy thank you all at thisMcDonald's for being so nice! I never post negative reviews but the last time I went tipped it over the edge. My food is never right, I'll deal with that. But... when your employees make a mistake not adding on the second burger and doing the modifications to the first burger that youwanted on the second (one a bacon mcdouble and the other a regular mcdouble with mods said like that) we were okay with the modsbeing on the bacon double but when asked to just add on the one they missed at the second window they said they couldn't. I'veworked at McDonald's they're supposed to do ask ask tell and they didn't and you could easily ring in that burger on the frontregister for YOUR mistake. Read more
This mcdonalds is turning into the mcdonalds on hudson! HORRIBLE. Fries were disgustingly stale, cold and barely salted.
10/8/22- I pulled into a drive thru lane and the person said "I'll be with you in a moment". 5 people pull through the other... lane so I change lanes. When I got to the mic they shut off all the lights and said they weren't taking anymore orders 20 minbefore they close. Read more
One of the worst McDonald's in Rochester, waiting in line for 30 mins as the line was moving slower than any normal fast food... place that I know of and then close before they are supposed to after serving the person right before me. Thatll be the lasttime I attempt to eat there. Customer service is horrible as well. Read more
Just got home for the second time... unfortunately I stopped by and grabbed a quarter pounder meal.... because when I got home... for the first time.... my quarter pounder w/cheese had no cheese, two onions, no pickle, a tiny little smear of ketchup and somuch grease that the bun was soaked and dripping! Literally had liquid grease rolling around the box. Then the lovely managertells me she can only refund the berger... because I ate the fries and left the coke at home. We all know she was lying. Now youhave another customer who will never eat there again.... over bad service. The only thing I can say good is that the two youngladies at the windows were very nice. Too bad the rest of the staff (nobody makes a burger that bad without doing it on purpose)and "manager" are in the wrong line of work. The money isn't the point..... you wreaked my meal, wasted my time and gas.... thentold me to bend over and pay for the experience. Lesson learned... thanks! Read more
This is actually a really nice looking McDonald?s. Service was great and quick food was hot and fresh as usual. Of course though... it?s a McDonald?s and you get what you get when you?re at McDonald?s I don?t expect anything too great. The quarter pounder?sare by far the best burger they have available. Drive thru over full nobody moving, fries are already loaded long long before we even place our orders. Completely explains why... my fries at this location and long pond taste like limp grease sticks by the time they come through the window. Two stars as therest of the meal was as described. Read more
