Just came in for dinner with the family and everything has improved greatly! Apparently this location is under new management... and it really shows! HUGE IMPROVEMENT from our last visit a couple months back. Excellent crew, very friendly! Food was FRESH,IN STOCK, and DINING AREA WAS CLEAN! Restaurant was open during stated hours and did not shut down early. Received anenthusiastic "Welcome to Moe's" greeting upon entry as well. 5 STARS! My online order said 2:22 pickup. They started making it at 2:22. The manager saw me at 2:15, asked if I needed help, I said I... have a 2:22 pickup. She said it will be ready in a few minutes. 2:38 I?m out. The manager said they were busy. Myself and onecouple were in the store. Never again! Read more
Ordinarily I am very pleased with the chain. This one, however, is owned and operated Independant from others I?ve visited.... After receiving. Bowl, I was given a small teaspoon of guacamole and a sparkly filled bowl. No mushrooms or olives. I?m told theowner doesn?t offer them. What sets Moe?s apart from other places is that it offers topping that others don?t as well as chipswithout adding cost. If you?re going to remove items that should be there, and are there at all others, it makes you nodifferent and no reason for people to come. Set yourself apart and stay there to keep your customers. They put food on the floor right in front of me I pointed it out they?re like ?it?s wrapped! There?s also toppings on the cart?... I could give a F less about cilantro- why is staff putting food on the ground? That is disgusting. They said it?s cause they?re?trying to clean? apparently they don?t know how cleaning works. Things don?t get cleaner when you set them on the not evenswept or mopped dirty floor. Read more
Fiancé ordered dinner through the phone tonight, since I was running errands and was in the area. We love Moe's, so we figured... it would be a nice treat for us. Upon my arrival, there was no "Welcome to Moe's!" from any of the three lads behind thecounter, which was a bit jarring. They seemed to be having their own conversation. The food was on the pickup shelf on time,but when I got home, I discovered that our orders were completely wrong and the burritos were abnormally small. My burrito hadjalapenos in it (which I never order), no lettuce, and what seemed to be one teaspoon of guacamole. Fiance's burrito was madewith chicken instead of the beef, no jalapenos that he ordered, and not even a dab of guacamole. It seemed like most of theadditions we usually get were either nonexistent, or applied in the most frugal fashion. We ordered a bowl of queso to go withthe chips, and instead we got the cup size, filled with what looked to be watered-down and pretty flavorless queso. We did notget what we paid for at all, and we're left feeling pretty ripped off. All around, this was a pretty poor experience, and Idon't think we'll be coming back to this location again. I'm only giving the two stars because at least the food was somewhatwarm and on the shelf when I got there. Read more
The food used to be great. They have gone steadily downhill over the past six months. Had a burrito tonight and the chicken was... so overcooked, burnt, and shredded like shoe leather. It was horrible. Chips were overcooked and tasted like cardboard. Keptgiving them chances, but won't go back again. And, that was supposed to be one of the best Moes locations. Tremendous! This is our favorite Moe?s location for a variety of reasons: 1. Always clean! 2. Never mess up our orders 3. Food... is always displayed tidily and presentable (for example, many other locations have food spilling from the sides or have clearlybeen sitting in their containers for hours). We came today and got our free Moe?s T-shirt with our purchases! It says ?queso isa mood and a vibe!? We love the Rochester City Skyline? how special! And the food was perfect as per usual. Slow operation, the guy ran out of guacamole, cheese and sower cream on me, it took 10 min to get more cheese, he went to a... storage and came back with cheeses (wearing same gloves), kept preparing food, tomato?s and onions he put using his hands!! VeryPoor operation. Food taste was not good either. Read more
