Almost NYC Pizza; great cheese, sauce, prepared and cooked well. The crust was interesting, light, but oiling as if was prepared... in a pan like a Chicago pizza. Worth a visit. Read more
Customer service was great n very friendly. The only I feel is that they should have more meatballs in the pasta they cook, the... reason why is the meatball are delicious n the right size n season perfect. But other than that everything is excellent ????. Read more
I am a regular and I put in an order and forgot something. They called me and asked if I meant not to add it or if I forgot to... add it. That was really nice of them to do that. Good food, great service and really nice staff at Mr. Shoes. Read more
I've been coming here since I moved to Rochester in 2001. Moved away 5 years ago and miss it! I picked up a pizza this week... during a quick visit and it was exactly as I remember it. Employees over the years, including now, have always been courteousand friendly. Read more
Why haven?t I tried Mr. Shoes before? Pizza was delicious and the wigs were probably the best I?ve ever eaten. We can?t wait to... try other menu items. Oh yeah, the phone and wait staff were incredibly polite, friendly, and courteous. Read more
Yesterday, My sister ordered three Steak subs. I picked them up and took them to her. I took mine home. It's wasn't the worse.... It was far from the best. The top bun was burned. The was no mayo, tomatoes(I don't know if she ordered me tomatoes), nocheese, and no sauce of any kind. It was dryer than Arizona roadkill. The next morning, we talked and sure enough. They forgoteverything on all three subs. So for her birthday breakfast. I remade the subs the right way. Read more
