Everything was wonderful except for the first time ever our waitress spent much more time and attention to the table w 3 Men. We... were not offered drink refills, Parma fresh grated on anything. I did ask for it and she had left it with the guys? What? Norefill on the all you can eat Alfredo we paid extra for. I asked for a refill on my soup that never showed up. My food is always absolutely delicious! UPDATE: ordered shrimp scampi on 8/10/2022 - the food did not meet my expectatuon -... small portion for $20.49, the taste was not the same, there were ONLY seven shrimp, hardly any asparagus- perhaps only a halfstalk was in my meal. Read more

For years,, Olive Garden was our place to go for a good meal w/a nicer atmosphere fr. other chain restaurants. Went this past... weekend with my daughters. #1. Highchair for the baby was quite dirty. We had to request for a clean, sanitized chair. #2. Tablewas not thoroughly clean, sticky everywhere. Had to request for it to be clean. #3. 20 minutes after eating our appitizers, ourserver informs us she lost our order & proceeds to take our order again!! #4. We requested to see the manager & I was surprisedshe was unmoved of our unfortunate experience. #5. When we finally got our food, some of it just didn't seem/smell right. $157wasted. Olive Garden is fancier and more expensive than most places I eat at but is great for big celebrations or date nights. The... bread sticks and salad are amazing. I could go to Olive Garden and just eat them if it were an option. I tried two differentAlfredo pasta meals and both were great. Good serving size. Service was fast and kind. Our waiter was beyond accommodating! The food was wonderful as usual! The Italian margarita is the best!

We had a great time. We ordered appetizers and entrees. And, of course, we got bread sticks and salad. Our server was... great. One thing I didn't understand was they put us next to other customers when there was plenty of space in the restaurantto spread us out.
