That autumn (butternut) soup is so delicious! The chipolte chicken sandwich was rather bland but the bread was very nice.

The food literally took 45 minutes to get to us. We ordered via the kiosk and there was no sign or way for it to tell us of the... wait. 25 minutes into waiting, my husband went up to ask for a refund, which we were told that they could not refund a giftcard. Which is bull. So we were forced to wait for our food for literally 45 minutes or just losing out on $35. I am not blamingthe staff at all, as they were short staffed and I have been there before. I just wish they had a sign somewhere on or near thekiosk. Read more

They are very expensive for what you get. It's your ordinary franchise with so so food. The restaurant is not always clean. The... soup bowls are never filled but charge an outrageous price. I don't go as often. Read more

Panera Bread serves great food but the quality does not meet the price. You will be charged several dollars for a bowl of... chicken noodle soup and only get about five bites out of it. A meal for two people can easily reach $30 and while the food forthe most part is good its not good enough to justify the ever increasing prices. Another issue is the cleanliness. Tables arenever actively wiped down by employees enough and often times I find myself cleaning my own table or searching for the few thatare not dirty. Panera has decent food but for the prices I expect better. Read more
