I used to go to Pellegrino's on a weekly basis back in the early 2000s. A work trip gave me the opportunity to visit my old RIT... haunts. I was excited to visit Pellegrino's again and I was extremely disappointed. The quality of food had decreased. The meatand cheese wasn't as generous as it was in the past. Friday afternoon team leader is a great guy. Solid customer service here, which is falling off in so many delis and fast food... places these days. Their ordering system is top notch and plenty of options. Most importantly, good and consistent quality. Hat's off to owners. Read more
This has been a go to for comfort food. The soup was chicken &vegetables. However I did have to ask for the chicken for the... chicken & vegetable soup. The sub was roc steak sub.The cashier he was very helpful and the younger gentleman was even morehelpful.
