I ordered pontillos before, Webster, Batavia, Greece, all fine on the past. Ordered tonight from this one, they delivered to my... apartment, never rang door bell, just left it outside, don't know how long it was there, went out to grab something out of mytruck, saw it on the landing outside. Brought it in, the pizza and wings were cold, and to make it worse, they never cut thepizza, it was whole. I don't have a pizza wheel, had to use a knife to cut it. Terrible, TERRIABLE pizza, Do NOT WASTE your money here!! I ordered a calaflower pizza at $18, tiny 8", hardly any cheese-way... WAY overpriced, and I gota medium pizza with additional toppings, VERY STINGY with the toppings, over $20, total was $43,THAT'S FORTY THREE DOLLARS, the 2 boxes were so lite, I didn't even think that there were pizzas in them!!!! Went to pick up an order for a customer thru a food delivery app and upon arrival was told my order would be ready in six... minutes. Ten minutes later the order was put in the oven. Every 1-2 min one of the boys working would open the oven to "check onthe pizza" and then the second boy working would open the oven again right after the first one "checked" it. Pizzas cook fasterwhen the pizza oven stays at temperature BY KEEPING THE DOOR CLOSED FOR MORE THAN 30 SECONDS AT A TIME. After waiting foranother 7-8 minutes with the pizza still looking pale as a ghost every time these two employees opened the oven, I finally hadto drop the order. I also arrived about 2 minutes after the pick up time figuring it would be ready but when I got there and wastold 6 minutes i was OK with that since i know it can get busy.... But i definitely waited MUCH longer than the "estimated" 6min I was originally told... I don't mind waiting but I would prefer HONESTY about the actual status of the order and for theemployees to perhaps start working on getting my order out quickly when they know i am there waiting for that particular order. I hate leaving bad reviews but this is literally the worst experience i?ve ever had, i really wish i could give 0 stars. i... called at 345pm to order a sheet pizza and 30 wings, no issues! everything was nice and we paid over the phone. I realized at525pm that we still hadn?t gotten our food so i reached out, they said they tried to deliver but no one answered and they triedto call and no one answered, we double checked the phone number and address but they had both down incorrectly, i understoodbecause accidents happen so they said they were keeping it warm and they?d have it right over. 6pm rolls around and we go tocheck the outside? they left it on the porch without letting us know of anything? we got the pizza and wings inside and thepizza was literally hard as a rock, cold, and dry. I ordered a small pepperoni pizza, I have never ordered from this location. I asked please make sure it Is not burned. The... manager said ok and I thanked him. I trusted him and shame on me, I should of checked before I left. When I arrived home satdown for dinner. The pizza was burned and even the pepperoni. I called and asked the employee if he was the one that took myorder, his response was yes. I said my pizza is burned may I return it and have a new pizza made he said no I knew you wouldcall and complain, it isn't burned. I said why would you think that? Because you made a request not to burn the pizza and hungup on me. I called back and said please do not hang up on me, I would like to return the pizza and have you make another one andhe said no we are not making you another pizza, I said then I would like my money back and he said no. I said that is not nice,I never yelled at you or was rude, just asked for a simple request. I asked for the name of owner, he then hung up on me. I tookpictures of the pizza. I am in Human Resources upper management, I understand how important it is to be nice to people. Thisemployee/manager was out right rude and very nasty. I hope the owner reaches out to me, so I can show him the pizza. It was myfirst time, but it is my last time. I was looking forward to try the pizza. I have never been treated with such disrespect froman employee. I could of gone to a national chain and ordered a pizza instead of locally owned pizza resturant.
