I really had high expectations from this place since I got a lot of recommendations from my friends. Unfortunately I wasn't... lucky to get a good experience. I ordered the Scorpion Burger which came with a completely burnt patty. The introvert mecouldn't tell the waitress to change my dish. The burnt patty gave an awful taste (you can even see it in the image I uploaded).I also ordered steak fries with it which to my shock were just plain fries. Pretty confusing menu names not gonna lie. Thewaitress seemed pretty professional with the way she took our order in a snap so 2 stars for her. Haven't been here in a while and was pleasantly surprised with the new menu options. It was pretty empty but very well staffed,... no doubt ready for the coming rush. Service was great even though I didn't get the correct burger I ordered but no biggie, stilldelicious. The only negative experience was when a female staffer went out the back door near the restrooms to hit herMarijuana bowl, while on duty, and the smell blew back into the restaurant. Read more

Food is good, environment and service not so good. We went there for a family celebration of our anniversary. 5pm on a... Wednesday, we figured it wouldn't be busy. The place is COLD! I mean leave your jacket on, it's as cold inside as it isoutside! It was not busy. The waitress/bartender wouldn't step up to the table. Covid concerns? Did we look dirty? I mean wedid come from work but we work in a school and an office. It's hard to tell me the specials and about the happy hour deals whenyou're standing 6-8 feet away! The food took forever to come out, 30 minutes + on a not very busy day. And then it wasdelivered to the wrong table. OK, eyebrows raised at that but hopefully the family it was delivered to didn't sneeze on thefood. And the sides were wrong. Guess it's hard to hear clearly when you're not standing close to the customer to get theirorder. Of course, once the food is delivered, you don't need to come back to the table for anything, right? Who needs napkinsor to reorder sides? Oh but you can stop by to say bye and we can pay on the table top kiosk. This is the most convenient RedRobin to us, but if we have a hankering for a burger again, we may look for a different Red Robin, or another restaurantaltogether. This was the worst experience my family and I have ever had there. We walked in, right as they were unlocking their doors. Mop... bucket in the middle of the walkway, the floors and tables were still dirty from the night before. The waitress, unfortunatelywas less than attentive. When the hostess went to seat another group (around 12:30) she tried to seat them at a dirty table. Thegroup complained and asked for a clean table, to which the hostess lied and replied ?sure, I didn?t realize, we were slammedright when we first opened?. It felt like they didn't have enough staff. The food we ordered was alright. I ordered the black and blue burger with an... impossible patty. The blue cheese was way too strong and I couldn't taste anything else. I also ordered garlic fries which werejust their steak fries with minced garlic from a jar thrown on top. We also ordered a burger, medium, which was delivered verywell done. I don't think I'll be going there again. I can get better value elsewhere. Read more

The purple (prickly pear) lemonade is very good, if a bit sweet for me. The onion rings and fried pickles are always... winners. The Red's Signature Margarita was underwhelming and the Caesar side salad a bit soggy. The employees were lovely anddid their job well. I really enjoyed my experience eating out at Red Robin. I haven't been out for burgers in a long time. They sure made it worth... my time. I had half of a Haystack Tavern Double? (American cheese, Campfire Mayo and onion straws). Garlic Parm fries(1st time)regular fries and a 1/2 stack of onion rings. I had a Of course I had to take some home.
