I ordered 5 subs got home and my son had no meat on his sub how the hell can you make a sub and forget the meat. My sub the... lettuce was brown the tomatoes had no center and were soggy. I feel like I was ripped off. I will never go there again go toWegmans better bigger subs and they actually put the meat on it. Should of known better to stray. Read more

This place has fresh hot food, fresh cheese, fresh meats and hot out of the oven bread! Every section of this store is... phenomenal and much more than I was expecting. This is also a local chain. Feels good to support local owners. I had a veryhard time choosing from of of their many sweet treats to enjoy as well. I wish we had a Rubino?s closer to where I live! Best Italian grocery in Rochester. Not just a deli. Support local.

Fresh bread, fresh food, friendly service! The cheese/deli/butcher sections are truly impressive. Everything looks amazing,... and nicely presented. Tried the Janice Special sandwich and it was delicious. The beef was tender, the bread was fresh, andthe sauce was delicious. Make sure you get lots of napkins because it gets messy.
