I ordered two meals today; one was fine, the other was incorrect. I called, and she tried to make it seem like it was my... mistake; it was not. Regardless, they took back the wrong item, replaced it, but as it was delivery, it took 40 minutes. Theirony is, they are five minutes away. This order cost me almost $40., which in and or itself, is outrageous: a burger, fries,mac salad, and a small sandwich. As of now, and forever, Salvatore's is off my list for take-out. This would be the 4th time my order has been incorrect with this Salvatore?s ! I ordered two steak subs with a side of country... sweet sauce once again and it?s missing. Regardless of the $1.00 charge every single time i place an order rather it?s for pizzaor sub?s my order is alway?s wrong ! I called to ask to speak with a supervisor and was told there was no supervisor on duty atthe moment , which i found very weird but ok my name and phone number was tooken down and i was told i?ll recieve a phone callwithin the next few day?s. They?re so quick to charge for a side of sauce but can care less to make sure if the customers orderis correct and packaged correctly ! Worst meal ever. Order med ham sub (repeated twice) gave me a large. 4 pieces of ham and brown lettuce. Ordered Arthur Treachers... w/2 extra fish. Repeated this 3 times. Got 1 extra. All the fish was burned and the fries were cold and soggy. Will never orderfrom there again. Apparently the regular fish fry was okay but not the bedt. Read more

Salvatore's used to be one of my family's favorite pizza places. But the quality of their food has gone WAY down hill. I can... understand the increase in prices due to the pandemic. But if I'm paying $30 for a medium (aka small) pizza, I expect it to becooked. At the bare minimum. The last few times I've ordered from them, the dough has not been cooked all the way through (eventhough I've asked for well done) and the amount of grease on the pizza is sickening. My boyfriend loved these saucy, meaty pizzas. I loved the big chunks of sausage, melty cheese and the birthday perks deal! The... sauce isn't bad but is more of a seasoned, thick sauce instead of light and sweet. Toppings were plentiful. Crust was tasty buta little undercooked for my preference. Read more
