Food: really, really good. We just moved here from WA. state, saw the ad on TV for Veterans day pizza's. Being retired after 20+... yrs I thought, great way to test out a NEW place to eat, and quality. Very first time at Salvatore's. Ok, it was a free pizza,thin crust, one topping... Very good, hot, and customer service OUTSTANDING! I honestly don't know if this particular place wasa "eat-in" or just "take out". Because of Veterans day, there were about 10-15 waiting at the front for their pizza's, so Icouldn't see to the back or even past the front area for waiting. The wife and I will be going back to this place (on anot-so-busy (hopefully) day to try other items on the menu.... For this particular visit 5*'s....overall. Read more

Called at 6:18 for two pepperoni slices and a steak slice. Got there at 6:30, didn?t get my food until 6:52 and it was so many... people back there it?s crazy. Trash! Called order for delivery , they told me 1hr. I call after 1hr and 30 min. Lady tells me I?ll be the first one out. 2 hrs... goes by called cancelled my order. Customer service is horrible. While the food is typically great, the customer service and the prices have steadily gotten worse over the past year or so. U have to watch certain employees at this particular one. I just called as ive been a customer for years 30 to be exact and a... young lady just tried to tell me i couldn't get my drink that comes with the special all bkuz im getting a delivery thats 2 minsaway then tried to curse me out like i never ordered from them before bkuz i said id like to cancel..never let nasty people likethat cook your food..So unprofessional nasty and they will try to bully u and steal your food then ban u when u stand up foryourself. This place has the worst customer service ever!!!! They don't accept responsibilities for their MISTAKES. All they care about is... getting your money and once they get it they treat you almost as non-existent after the fact. Your questions comments orconcerns IRRELEVANT to them. It's truly UNFORTUNATE that in these days and times that they care ONLY about the MONEY andcustomer hate no value to them (Mt Read location). Smashed pizza, called, nobody cared, saw a driver a few weeks later, told him I was done and showed him picture. Told me... management would call... Still waiting... They don't care.
