FOUR (4) SPOILED ROTTEN SMELLY SOUR GREY SLIMY STEAKS!!!!! $150 dollars! I Was told by the owner himself it looks odd and tastes... spoiled because it comes from different colored cows ????!! He was incredibly rude and confrontational. Wouldn’t even let mespeak! Refused to give us new steak or cut us a break on the hefty bill! I almost called the police! How is this legal!?!?Serving spoiled food and calling the customer crazy! This place is filthy disgusting and serves spoiled rotten meats! BEWARE DONOT EAT HERE!!!!!!!!!! We were disappointed to see we were charged a service charge for the chef. They certainly deserve a nice tip but on top of that... we also tipped the waitstaff. The meal prices should include the upcharge. The food was tasty but this time is was oily..chefused a bit too much for our tastes. The presentation & overall taste of the food was excellent. My boyfriend and I used to come here a lot before the pandemic, cuz it was good sushi for cheap, and the waitresses provide... great service. After they opened back up, they raised their prices, and the quality went down. Cleanliness also seems to be anissue. We had a busy day, and wanted some quick sushi so we went to Sogo. When I got the bill, there was an automatic 18%“service charge”. When I asked the waitress what it was, she literally described to me what a tip was. So they have an 18%forced tip, and also ask for a tip on top of that… after raising their prices, lowering the quality, and forcing tips whileasking for more tips, will not be returning any time soon. We love hibachi so we decided to give this location a go. It had good reviews. The chairs were a bit uncomfortable as we sat... so low the counter was up to our chest. But the server was pleasant, drink was delicious, chef was great and the hibachi reallygood. However the roll I got did not seem fresh. The plate looked like it came out of the fridge as if they had made up a bunchof California rolls for the night to pull out as needed. My real issue was with the bill. We tipped the chef $5. Then got thebill. For my 2 younger kids and me, it was $102. They added a $14+ service charge to the bill. I asked what it was for but Icouldn't really understand him. I did hear 3% goes to the chef. So I tipped the chef and now there is a service charge. I feltbad but I only gave the server $5 because I assumed part of that service charge went to her..... I will not be going back. Absolutely delicious! Even the soup and salad (which I rarely enjoy enough to eat at other Asian restaurants) water... award-winning. Only wish the Tempura shrimp want ruined in panko and just straight tempura like the veggies, but still cookedperfectly and very good! The sauces were fantastic. Waitress was wonderful. Check your receipt; 18% "service fee" automaticallyadded (on menu it appears only charged for hibachi, but it's on all orders). I always tip 20% for good service so left a fewbucks extra. Read more

Food was good, large portions, service was excellent. People in the hibachi section looked like they were having fun. Gave it... four stars because one entree was heavy on the salt and the decor left some to be desired. Sesame shrimp was pleasing and thefried rice was well seasoned. Cool spot! Read more

Stopped in for a quick lunch with my daughter after shopping and was pleasantly surprised. Our server, Michael suggested the... lobster sushi roll and it was the perfect combination of salty and sweet. We will be back ???? Update: My husband and I wentfor hibachi and it was a fun experience. Our server Amy suggested the miso soup to suit our dietary restrictions and we weregrateful. Lou the chef was awesome and cracked an egg into a heart! Perfect lunch spot or date night. Also, the sogo Mai Thaiwas delicious! Read more

This is my favorite restaurant that I have ever been to in all of my life.Food is delicious, staff are nice, great service... I... could go on all day about the good things about this restaurant. Highly recommended if you are going out to eat somewhere. Bythe way, if you are eating here ask if you can be seated with the chef Matt. He is by far the best hibachi chef there. He isvery nice and does an amazing job with the food. All in all, definitely 5 stars. Read more
