The workers are always very lovely, both in the drive thru and in person. Starbucks as a whole has some supply chain issues that... make certain stock low, and this location in particular is quite busy given proximity to Strong & River Campus so be preparedfor a backup food order. I ordered a Venti Strawberry refresher and bacon/sausage/egg wrap at 8:25am. I didn?t receive my order until 8:50am. After... customers who orders after me received their food/drinks. I finally asked the barista ?how much longer for my order?. The waitwas ridiculous and I noticed the wrap only took 30secs to a 1 min to heat up. So the 30 mins wait was beyond me. Read more
I didn't want to give my favorite store a negative review, but recently I couldn't stand it anymore. This store has been weird... since the renovation. It always closes in the afternoon and only takes drive through, but both the Starbucks app and Google Mapsshow that you can buy in store. It took me 20 minutes to walk here in the heat, but all the doors were closed. There were onlyclerks in the store. Hey, that's ridiculous! Hi it?s your friendly neighborhood nurse here! Unlike many of my coworkers, I?m not someone who regularly gets coffee every day... but when I do want to splurge a little, my drink of choice is a grande Starbucks cold foam. This Starbucks in particular isconveniently the closest location to my home and school, and so it?s the one I go to the most in Rochester. Overall, thebarista?s are friendly and I?ve never had a problem with my order. The only reason why I give it 4 stars is the wait time in thedrive thru or in-person; I sometimes find myself waiting 10+ minutes to get my order. To be fair, I?ve noticed wait times areslower here in general compared to other cities in the country. I?ve also been to other Starbucks in Rochester and this one onMount Hope is better than the others. Anyway, if you need your caffeine fix, it?s easy to recommend this place, just be preparedto wait. I love Starbucks top quality I've always have a excellent experience every time I visit. Lemon loaf so good it melts in your... mouth pumpkin cheesecake muffin warm up is so delicious ???? medicine ball very powerful herbs especially good for when notfeeling well...Majority of their cappuccinos are on point but my favorite which is seasonal is the strawberry funnel cakedelicious!!! Nothing specific for this store, but Starbucks coffee is just no match for real Italian coffee.
