Ordered 2 cold cut combos.....bologna only on them. To make it worse they had a ton of lettuce on it to make it look big. Then... don't answer the phone when you try to call. Will never get subs from that location again. Will stick with Dibellas. Read more

I ordered Subway online while I was at work on 7/3/2018 so all I can do was pick it up in my way home. The Subway inside... Walmart on Dewey Avenue closed 2 hours early. I caught one of the ladies who was cleaning up in Subway before they left, I askedwhere was my money or my food. They told me they never got my order online and they closed early because they weren't getting alot Business today. I said I don't care and I want my money back. She said I will have to call customer service, I calledcustomer service in they told me that I have to talk to the owner of the franchise in Walmart. I go back and aks for the ownersnumber and lady tells me that the owner is in India. She said she will give him a call . This is ridiculous, I never witness somuch unprofessionalism in my life. Only one person is working majority of the time, and that person is new. I ordered three subs and one wrap. Didn't get the wrap... because the new girl didn't know how to make it the other person that would have been there that day, didn't teach the new girlanything. I never got a refund for the wrap I ordered but never received. Read more
