I ordered on 4/11 around 3:30pm and got a confirmation text at 3:56pm to pick up my food. When we arrived the store had a... ?closed at 3pm? sign plastered on the door. Why have online portals on if you?re closed? I worked at a restaurant so I know howthe online orders work. Today, I?ve called 8 times and have yet to get through to someone about a refund. Can?t speak to arepresentative through the customer care system. Hopefully they won?t be closed today when I go to retrieve my money. Completelyunprofessional. Read more
Love the food, people were nice, but my orders got goofed up. First time no one read the fine print and my subs were made 1... hour earlier when clearly the receipt stated pickup at a certain time. Second time no one printed my order off the site it camefrom so my subs were not ready. Still love the subs so don't think you've chased me away. ???? Read more
Not usually a huge fan of subway...however, I do enjoy this location. The same 2 guys are working everyday. They are both... extremely polite and Profesional. Always squeaky clean and wash their hands after every sub, even when wearing gloves. They maketheir subs precisely each time ensuring a quality product that does not fluctuate between visits. The store is always clean.This is the only subway location I have been able to give an honest 5 star review. Bravo guys, keep it up. Read more
We are a couple of the owners of a close by towing company and have been coming here for years. Always clean, always fast... service, and always polite. Love using the app and just walking in to grab our food. Best subway in the area. Read more
This location does not accept coupons which is going to turn customers away. The tomatoes are not ripe at all and this location... also is the only one that no longer carries the sweet peppers, this will eventually hurt this buisness especially since there isanother subway 5 minutes down the road that offers all the above. I also found it tacky there are hand written notes placed allaround the establishment stating they will refuse service to anyone on their cell phones, I get it can be rude at times whenfolks are socializing and trying to order at the same time but sometimes the person on the other end is giving their order. Ipersonally am not impressed and will take my buisness 5 minutes down the road where I feel is professional and offers more. Read more
