Very disappointed with this particular SUBWAY, on Lyell Rd., Rochester. First, it's dinner time, and only one person taking the... orders, making sandwiches, and ringing out the customers. There were 6 customers in line, the lady at the counter placing herorder, was told sorry, we are out of that..(no, I do not know what she ordered). I then asked, do you have meatballs, roastbeef, ham, turkey, ALL with the reply NO! I have NEVER been to a Subway, and they were out of so many things. I commend thegentleman for trying and doing his very best, to satisfy all. I blame management for not putting enough employees on dutyduring dinner hour. AND, PLEASE at least put a note on the display cabinet (where the food is kept) or the front door, statingyour out of certain items.. I honestly do hope my next visit is a better experience.. I went on Subway app to order subs to get promo. I tried to apply promo code @ checkout but code would not work. I tried to take... survey, but my receipt did not have a store number or order number. The subs were made perfectly. Everything fresh. The workerstated that some promos are not@ all subways. Oh well my bad! Read more

I go here pretty often and I find that they are very clean and so a fine job. I just wish the way they worked was a bit faster.... They seem to work find when its one or two people.
