Was waiting while an employee was counting a drawer and the employee didn't notice me and another customer until the other... customer said something to them about having customers waiting to be served. I asked for a fountain drink was told they only hadwhat was in the cooler. It could be more convenient if the employees put a sign saying not in service. And my change for myorder was $8.13, the employee asked me if I wanted my coins, I said yes and I only received $8.10 of my change owed to me. Worst subway visit ever. I go in on lunch break and this ladys making sandwiches, she says give her a minute she has a couple... subs to make 15min later im still standing there. Instead of focusing on whos standing in front of her she kept making a linewait. I left and went to McDonald's so sad. Read more
Gross! this location has really gone downhill over the past few years and I was so grossed out by the cleanliness of the... restaurant and the employees that I just walked out....this part of ridge rd is starting to turn into the worst part of thecity.....Avoid this Subway, the Walgreens across the street and anything else along the Hudson to Goodman stretch of east ridgerd. My experience was cool Had to keep reminding the server too change her gloves bcuz I DNT eat meat at all and when I placed my... order for my veggie sub the server was trying to make about three other ones that consist of meat. A subway that only has chicken. No other meat. The only bread they have is the regular Italian or wheat. They have no drinks and... the drink fountain is never working.
