Staff was very friendly, but the positives end there. The vegetables were very wilted and the lettuce was just starting to get... slimy around the edges. Also, the ingredients were not contained separately. There was bacon sitting on top of the cheese, whichis not great for vegetarians or people who don't eat pork. The vegetables were all mixed up, and I ended up with jalapeños inmy lettuce, which was an unpleasant surprise when I was eating my sub. The rolls also seemed slightly stale. Not exactly top notch, but doable. I wanted mozzarella cheese and there offer was between the kind you spreed and sliced. I... wanted sliced mozzarella. I used the coupon and notice they charged me extra for the sliced mozzarella cheese. .90¢ more. Iguess they figure what's 90¢ more and say nothing. The one thing I dislike is when they take advantage of you and not say athing. Could imagine how many times a day they do this and rip off 100's of people for extra that they don't even mention. Even though the store was getting ready to close, they still made sure my kids were able to get subs. The fact that they... recognized my kids from previous visits gives them 5 stars because most employees at other stores don't even bother to look upat you. It's healthier that fast food restaurants and because the staff here is so nice it makes it 10 times easier to convincemy kids to choose a healthy option. Read more
