I?ve tried eating here 3x and every-time it?s been right at 12 noon and doors are locked. Workers sitting inside yelling ?we... have no bread go away?. Unacceptable for a sub shop to run out of bread at noon on a weekday. Not to mention run out of bread on3 different occasions. Read more

Polite and very friendly server. My only negative comment would be to say that the Protein portions were skimpy on my veggie... sub. Vegetables were fresh and crisp. My husbands meatball sub was good. He was very pleased but wished it had more choose. Read more

Just walked over to get food about 8:30. The hours posted on the door indicated they were open until 9, lights were on, employee... at the counter. But the door was locked when I tried to open it. The employee looked up from their phone and went to the otherend of the counter further away from the door. I waited a moment since I've known some to lock the door due to difficult peoplewho hang around the street and they come open the door for me but this person did not and seemed to be trying to stay out ofsight. Tried to go to go to this store because of the convenience. I've gone a few times and had successful and reasonably good... experiences. However it is a hit and miss kind of situation. I actually met the owner of this and to other establishments and heindicated that he was doing everything he could to clean up the all the stores. Once again I have found myself disappointedbecause I wanted to basically a walk-in cooler because the heat was not working in the Monroe Avenue store now I am at 1 toslight someone without reason. Three days without heat is a little excessive there are services available to correct thesituation and if it's a situation with the RG&E that too can be corrected with a phone call this is purely negligence and Iquestioned the ability to maintain a healthy eating establishment and this atmosphere Read more
