Every time I come here during their busines hours, they're closed. They also don't honor coupons.

I've been coming to this subway and ordering just meatballs for my 1 year old daughter (she doesn't eat the whole sub with bread... yet) since we moved to penfield in march. The last time I was there, the worker let me know that I can just pay for themeatballs instead of paying for the whole sub. I went in today to get the meatballs and the lady told me she would not onlycharge me for the meatballs because she owned the store and didn't have to! She told me I had to pay almost $9 for a proteinbowl instead of the $4 it would be for just the meatballs. She was rude, she yelled at me and she made me pay extra. She told meshe'd take the only $6 I brought and that she'd never do it again because "she's losing money". But isn't it me thats losingmoney for paying for more than I'm actually getting? Definitely will be calling corporate tomorrow. As I was leaving, herco-worker whispered "I'm sorry" for how she acted. Also she did all the yelling while my 1 year old was in my arms. This is theonly time I've ever seen this worker and the only time I've ever had a problem. Other than that, there's never been an issue. Does not accept Subway coupons, out of Italian herb bread. 16 dollars for a mediocre Sub and Gatorade. I won't return.

I got a bunch of subway coupons mailed to me, and one was BOGO free footlongs, so I figured why not. Walked in and saw a sign... that said they aren't accepting footlong coupons. The coupon wasn't set to expire for another month, and went I went to a secondlocation they had the same sign. I asked about it and the employee said corporate decided they were losing money, so theystopped accepting the coupons they sent out. Ridiculous. Honestly felt like a bait and switch tactic since I almost hadn'tnoticed the sign in time, and then would've been stuck paying since they would have already made the subs. Shady businesstactic, I'd go somewhere else. Read more

Normal fresh quality. Disappointed that they didn't honor a promotion that I received via email. They said it ended at noon when... the email showed no such cut off time at all. Poor customer relations move there. I'll think twice before I go back. Read more

Had to walk out of line at 1:30pm today because the solo employee was not switching out gloves in between cashing customers out.... I figured I?d politely ask her to change gloves before making my food as I work in food service. She also had her long hair downand in front of her face and at one point brushed it out of her face with her gloved hand and continued making the subs she wasworking on. That was my walk out moment. Stop there today 3/31/22. 3pm the young lady was wonderful so helpful my handycap I can't walk every well. She. Brought my order... to my truck.she also made our subs perfect just how we asked for them. Best customer service I have ever had at a subway . justwish I got her name. Read more
