I often order my subs from the location at 1100 Jefferson Rd and am happy. Todays was awful, unfortunately. I ordered at... about 10:30am, so all ingredients should be very fresh. The sub roll was stale, a good portion of the lettuce was brown andthe tomatoes looked like it was winter time, not summer. Won't be back to this location. Read more

Great service. There were actually two people working the counter! Therefore...shockingly...the line moved at an acceptable... pace. This is a rare occurrence for subway where surely the corporate policy must be to enrage customers by exposing them to 20minute lines so they will enjoy the food more once they finally get it. But this location sticks it to The Man. Kudos. Read more
Google maps lists this Subway as being open untill 12:00am, it is in error, they close at 11:00 pm. I pulled into the plaza and... parked at 10:45. I got to the front door at a little before 10:50 pm, the "Open" sign is lit, the door unlocked. As I open thedoor, I notice the hours are listed as closing at 11:00 pm, but as it's not even 10 min to, figure it's not a problem. As I openthe door the woman behind the counter RUDLY yells "We are closed!!". If your "Open" sign is lit, door unlocked, and its maybe12 min to 11, then YOU SHOULD BE OPEN. The "pay off" is I drove up the plaza to THE PITA PIT, that also closes at 11, by thetime I got there it was 10:55. THEY HAD NO PROBLEM making me a sandwich. Noticed in writing this review all the negative reviews center on rude employees. Maybe management or the owner(s) should address this issue. If you say you are open 'till 11, thenbe open! Read more
Busy spot during lunch time. There can be long lines. I will say the staff does work quick and they do a wonderful job. Always... great quality and they go above and beyond to provide a great customer experience. I recently ordered something they weremissing an ingredient on and we had to make a substitution. They provided me a discount for the inconvenience. They later foundme in the dinning room and gave me a voucher for a free 6" sub to apologize. The team here really goes above and beyond and Ihave never had any complaints! Read more
Wrong price on van. I went to get a $5 foot long, but they do not exist. Why advertise something that does not exist!? They... should update the van or remove it. Very displeased being lied to. Read more
I ordered online to get the promo bogo deal, took me at least 45 minutes to do this .Their app SUCKS. FIRST location didn't have... the deal, second loc didn't have my cheese, then finally went to order here and walla, finally. What a waste of my time ! Read more
