It was a friday night, there was a line to get in only because they started charging $5 per person to get in. It wasn’t... packed, but the music for DJ night was absolutely blasting. I understand music should be loud, but it was painful. and you couldnot hear the person standing less than a foot away from you that is yelling. the drinks were okay, i’m sure the place is greatduring the day maybe we’ll come back to try food. Food was really good but the service may be the worst I’ve ever had. The bartender actively avoided us for over a half hour... while we tried to get our check. Drinks sat empty for longer than that and he avoided us preventing us from ordering more. Trulyan uncomfortable experience, it’s a shame as it’s a cute spot. I would recommend the Swan Dive to anyone!! We happened to go on trivia night, which was big fun. They have excellent... cocktails and even have one called "the jackknife" - where you tell the bartender what kind of drinks you like and they make youa delish surprise drink!! Read more
Swan Dive has been our favorite area bar for the past four years of living here - from the drinks to the trivia nights to the... atmosphere to the live DJs, we always have a great time! However, it does seem like the quality of the cocktails has gone downrecently. The bartending isn't very consistent and we've had some pretty non-tasty cocktails in the past couple months. It seemslike there's a new team of bartenders, so it could be that they're learning, but I'm hoping it improves back to the Swan Divecocktails we know and love! I loves it!! Food was fabulous and reasonably priced. Be sure to go on their happy Hour and may I suggest the Kale salad! So... good. I still think about it. Slice of pizza for $3.00 and it's a large enough slice. Read more
If I could give more than 5 stars I would! I haven’t had this great of service out to eat in so long. I was expecting us to... just grab food at the bar but they have full table service until 10. The kale ceasar salad is amazing, and we inhaled themozzerlla sticks. The chicken nuggets are to die for and you must try THE YEEZY PIZZA!!! I love natrual wine and they have a fewgood ones to try. Swan Dive was a really good dinner place! It had excellent Pizza as well as the Chicken Nuggets that I had. Prices were... reasonable and had excellent service. Also has a cool art mural outside on the deck. Overall, would totally come back! Read more
Food is good but the wait is wretched. If you dont put in your food and drinks immediately get ready not to see the server for... another half hour. And this isnt when the place is busy either. God help you if someone orders a cocktail, no one will be servedfor 5 minutes per drink. And when the bartenders aren't making cocktails they're chit chatting for ten minutes and activelyignoring anything that isnt for cocktails. Theyll make cocktails for ten minutes, take more cocktail orders while doing that.Legitimately half hour wait and we're not the only ones. You get a drink, sip it. You're not getting another one for half anhour. Seriously check the new reviews. This isnt some fluke. Read more
