i go here all the time everytime i go they always make something wrong or make it sloppy or just have bad attitude. like today i... went we bought for 4 people and got 2 baja blasts and 1 mountain dew they gave us a baja blast instead of mountain dew and weasked for a beefy grilled cheese burrito and they made it with steak. before when i went i usually get the nachos and cheesethey will most likely always forget the nachos but give the cheese so i end up going back and wasting gas. 1 taco was great. 1 was broken, stale, threw away soon as I saw it. Wasn't even wrapped was all over bottom of the bag. The 3rd... was nearly as bad as the 2nd one. Ordered 2 Cinnabon one in the bag. Read more
I'd avoid this location. 6/2022: Do not order through the app at this location. They do not wait for you to check in the order... and make it as soon as it's received, regardless of when you actually arrive....leaving everything stone cold when you get it.They also don't really care what sauce you requested, they just grab whatever. Asked for mild sauce got one mild and a handfulof hot lol. Stupid. Otherwise service is friendly usually. 8/26: ordered Steak tacos which are much more expensive and recievedtacos with nothing but beef and cheese. Disappointing. I go to this Taco Bell primarily, it's pretty good. I've had a few botched orders, but not enough to really effect my... expeti3nce. Recently they've noted they are under staffed. But still provided a great and fast service. Despite the hardships ofthe location. They've done quite well in my opinion. Not to mention their Breakfast items are really good, if I had the moneyI'd definitely order their breakfast everyday, I rank it better then Burger King and Wendy's. I don't prefer fast food, but some times , you just have to have it. A taco bell is a taco bell. Clean, friendly staff and good... food. Love the self ordering kiosks. All the options! You know what you're getting, and it always hits the spot. Read more
If I could give zero stars I would firstly they don't tell you till your AT the window ALREADY ordered your food that they... aren't taking anything except a credit card or EXACT change PUT A SIGN UP. Thank god I ended up having my card on me not eventhe worst of it. Order beefy melt burrito that I ALWAYS get, get home bite into it, since when do you put lettuce an tomatoes onthat ? I'm allergic to tomatoes THANK GOD I just bit into the top and tasted lettuce opened it up and it's full of lettuce andtomatoes. For as much as you people get paid you should probably learn your menu items and what's in them before you end upwith a huge problem. Wasted money and I'm still hungry and have to buy something else. Despite having GREAT drive thru manners most nights, they constantly fail on food quality. This morning was the bridge too... far. Not only did they discontinue Reaper sauce (still televised locally and the entire reason I went) but it seems they don'tunderstand how to use their grill for a quesadilla. Seriously? Inedible. Dewey ave. location in Richester NY sucks, they never, ever get the orders right. If I drive back there, they make good on it... but who wants to do that everytime. Please start hiring people that know what customer service means. Read more
