Normally I don?t have an issue with this location, but just the other day I came here with a friend during my lunch break. The... drive-thru line wasn?t too long. When we got up to the little box to order, the screen was off, and nobody greeted us. We satthere for a total of 7 minutes at the box waiting, periodically saying ?hello?? with absolutely no response. By this point anycars that were in front of us were now long gone, and theres a large line forming behind us. I figured the box must have beenbroken, so I pulled forward to the window. When I got up there, I tried to explain to the woman what happened, and asked if Icould order at the window. She said ?yes, i know, i told you to hold on? and i said ?oh im sorry, we didnt hear anything whilewaiting for 7 minutes, we figured it was broken. We kept saying hello? and the girl said ?yes i know, you should learn to bemore patient. What do you want?? So i apologized and started to order, and the girl called over a different girl, said ?i cantdeal with this right now, you do it.? And explained to the other girl that we ?didnt feel like waiting and just pulled up?. Theother girl then opened the window, saying ?next time, you?re gonna order at that little box like everyone else does, cuz we canttake orders up here?. I again apologized and told them i thought it must have been broken. The girl rolled her eyes, closed thewindow, and yelled to the other people ?that last order is put to the front cuz these girls thought it was ok to just pull up tothe window!?. The entire time we were sitting there waiting for our food, we could hear them yelling and complaining about us.It was extremely rude and unprofessional. Made us feel really uncomfortable. Sat at the drivethru for 40 minutes from 11 to 11 40p.m while employees are getting payed just to chat with each other. Finally... got my food and my grilled cheese burrito is complete black and flattened to a quesadilla. Read more
9/14/22 4.30pm they forgot to put my chips and cheese sauce in the bag. Also burnt my sons quesadilla.
Got GrubHub. It actually got to my house very warm. It was some of the best TB I've ever had. Honestly. Steak burrito was... insane! Lots of steak...I was like _holy hell_, this is amazing. So food and delivery were perfect. 1 small thing is if you askfor 10 packets, you shouldn't just get 6. That one always gets me....but still, the crew that was working tonight were right onpoint. Taco Bell is an experience universally shared by many people. Aside from McDonald?s, Burger King, and Wendy?s, it?s among the... most popular of fast food choices. Taco Bell will often be suggested when having a large group of people, as its versatile menuaccomodates for people of all kinds unlike some of the previous restaurants mentioned. The food itself is craveable and myfavorite of theirs is a chicken chalupa with some chipotle sauce on it. Despite Taco Bell being wonderful and very tasty, Icannot give it a full five stars. At times, the experience is different between different locations. Most times at thislocation, any modifications I have to make are never worried about because the workers do an excellent job of ensuring the wholeorder is correct. Often when I envision the workplace environment inside, I can see images of a perfectly-coordinated assemblyline. While I understand that mistakes are perfectly human, I also believe that those with special requirements due to allergiesor intolerance should be extra dilligent to ensure the customer is taken care of. With that said. I ordered a Quesarito fromtheir online menu and of course, as one with lactose intolerance does, I ordered it without cheese. Unfortunately, uponarriving, it came with cheese anyway. Too lazy and hungry to order another, I decided to instead just face whatever consequencesmight come with eating the cheese anyway. But this was no ordinary cheese. Not at all. When I say this cheese must have beenmixed with fire from the devil himself, believe me. It only took an hour for my body to discover the cheese and whatever unholyamalgamation was inside it, which made me make a mad dash to the bathroom. Pure liquid feces spewed from my bottom like anactual faucet. But unfortunately for me, I had stopped just short of being able to pull down my pants.
