Took my payment, then refused to make my order or refund me. Placed my order via the app then they reported they couldn't find... it, even after showing them the order in their own app WITH THE CORRECT STORE ADDRESS. Staff was condescending. Will never comehere again. Read more
Only wentv2 get 2 orders of nacho fries... and drive through was closed. Fries took 10 min to come out.. Terrible

Went to this location tonight and got all the way home to realize I had missing items from my order. When I went back the doors... were already locked and drive through line was to the street. I called the store and the gentleman who answered the phonehandled it like a pro. He was very polite and brought the missing items to my car. 4 star rating is only because I had missingitems, the staff here are very nice and prompt to fix any problems. Oh and may I add the employee at the window was clearlystill training, I work in food service myself so I completely understand how easy it is to mix up orders especially when you arenew. My husband and I have ordered their food for delivery twice within the last two months. Both times they have been delivered... without drinks. This time was also missing chips, one taco was just sitting in the bottom of the bag, and it was clear thatnobody even attempted to cut my quesadilla. It's become clear, especially after having ordered from two different apps, thatthis restaurant is the problem. Unbelievable. Read more
Just went here for lunch. Asked for an ice coffee. "Sorry we aren't doing coffee at this hour". Umm what hour are you doing it?... Never? All other taco Bell's serve it any time.ive gotten it here for lunch before. Just lazy employees. Enjoy this 1 star Read more
What a joke this place has become. The service is extremely slow, waited over 5 minutes at the drive thru window just to put in... my order and even longer to serve my food. Was supposed to get a large drink with my meal but got a medium instead, and on topof that they got the order completely wrong. Had to go back to get what I ordered. This time I went inside and the restaurantwas filthy and the service just as slow. Will not be going back there again! Read more
