Really have to wonder if anything comes of the corporate hospitality emails that people are being asked to send. This location... is a tragedy- last evening witnessed employees screaming at one another, dropping f bombs, the n word, and everything else whilecustomers waited, only to receive incorrect orders. This location desperately needs a knowledgeable manager. We ordered ahead on their app. Three of their combo meals. When we... arrived we were informed they were out of beef. Absolutely worst taco bell in all of Rochester. Sat in line for 40 minutes only for my order to get messed up twice. Person... behind the drive through had no idea what they were doing.
