Really have to wonder if anything comes of the corporate hospitality emails that people are being asked to send. This location... is a tragedy- last evening witnessed employees screaming at one another, dropping f bombs, the n word, and everything else whilecustomers waited, only to receive incorrect orders. I had the worst customer service and got the wrong food. The lady talking in the drive thru was very short and had a major... attitude because I was asking questions...god forbid. This location desperately needs a knowledgeable manager. We ordered ahead on their app. Three of their combo meals. When we... arrived we were informed they were out of beef. I offered to pull around and wait until they could cook up some more... Theyoung man informed me they had no beef in the refrigerator... They ran out. I asked about changing the orders to steak... Absolutely worst taco bell in all of Rochester. Sat in line for 40 minutes only for my order to get messed up twice. Person... behind the drive through had no idea what they were doing. Food is cold right as they hand it to you. Food also taste oddcompared to the other taco bells in Rochester. I don't know what they are doing at this location, but it's really bad. Read more
How's a 8 minute window time for yea with nobody else in the line. Them dabs must hit different cuz these kids were lost. *... UPDATE* 10 Min later got home to find out out that the side of pinto and cheese which I'm sure was the reason it took that long( even though it's literally refried beans, red sauce and a pinch of cheese) Never even made it to the bag. The kid did seemlost when we asked about it. But ended up charging our card a second time to account for it as part of the order. this taco bell is definetly something. my boyfriend and i come here often and there is always something happening. one time we... can and we ordered about 8 things. almost none of them were right so i let the worker know and he gave me more wrong stuff. theni told him it was wrong? again, and he gave me more wrong stuff. honestly it was funny, and i understand how fast food is andhow busy it can get so i wasn?t upset in the slightest. thanks for the extra tacos that we didn?t order lol. be patient withfast food workers!!! To-go order. Compared to other Taco Bells that I have been to or gotten delivery from, this one is 5-Stars! This new building... had fast, polite service and the order was correct and hot. There was no waiting in line. They're a little more generous withthe fillings. Toppings were fresh. Sauces were plentiful. Read more
