Speed, and cleanliness are great at this restaurant, however, please make sure to check your drive through order for your sauces... (even after it prints on an itemized reciept) because often they overlook putting them in the bag, can't just walk in aftergrabbing food and driving back to the office to eat. ???? Read more
This location will NEVER again get my money! Unprofessional, disrespectful and prejudice! I was there picking up a Grubhub order... and Stood at the counter for over 5 minutes before I was acknowledged. I said ?excuse me? about 5 times, mind you ?the guy?looked at me about 3 times and said nothing ???? At least say, ?someone will be right with you??.. And I believe he was themanager. NEVER AGAIN! I think the workers flip a coin as to if they are going to read the order and assemble them correctly... WHY BOTHER allowing to... order items with or without toppings if only 50 percent of the time they get it correct... I wind up coming home and dissectingmy order (usually power bowls and soft tacos) flinging sour cream and guacamole across the kitchen and into the sink.... NOmeans NO! Better quality control needs to be implemented... I haven't bothered calling in to complain... I prolly should. Itwasn't even busy when I went... so, really, no reason for it... I have had my order completely wrong on several occasions. Its gotten so that I expect my order to be wrong. Tonight I clearly... requested fire sauce and was given mild instead. I asked for a burrito supreme but what I received was something else. Thishas happened more than once. The lady that took my money smiled nicely though so I gave her a star. Read more
I'm surprised by all the bad reviews I found when coming to write my own! This is my favorite location, even if I'm coming home... from work in Henrietta I will often drive through Chili instead of stopping at a closer location, because I know they willalways get my order right here! It's very important to me because I'm vegetarian, and too many times at different locations I'dask to sub meat for beans and get meat anyway :/ I usually mobile order, and every time at the drive through speaker they readmy order back to me, so I feel even more confident that nothing will be amiss :) If I weren't vegetarian I'd honestly just takean incorrect order anyway, because I hate having to make a fuss, but when everything goes right the first time (as it tends tohere), our lives are made easier on both ends :) Also, the staff are always very friendly and speedy. So I went here to just get a quick lunch order of a nacho shell cheesy Gordita crunch with no sour cream and no lettuce and then... I added chipotle sauce. I got a regular shelled crunch with no sauce and extra cream. But it wasn?t just that. My mom was withme and ordered the cantina with extra sauce but ended up getting NO sauce. Why? All of the employees were busy talking. Wedidn?t even get our receipt so we can?t get what we paid for. Don?t go here unless you want a completely different order, unlessyou want to have a conversation which is the only thing their employees are only good for.
