On 11-12-2022, we were staying at the Country Inn and Suites right next door, thought it was a good idea to dine here. Boy were... we wrong!! We had a party of 8 and they were seating us at a table that had puddles of water under it. Host goes to get mop anddoesn't come back. So we go and sit at 2 round tables in the bar area and the barmaid comes over and tells us the baby (this isno baby, she is 6 years old) can not sit at high table as she is not going to worry about her. First of all, you don't need toworry, she has parents and grandparents here to watch her. Then I said to her, this table is not clean, can you get this cleanedfor us. In a very nasty tone and mean look, I didn't know you were coming over here so if you can just give me a few minutes, Iwill get that done for you but you need to be patient. So at that, she walks over to the other side of the bar and proceeds totell this other waitress the whole story for everyone to hear. I went over and told her not to worry about it, we were leavingand I was not finding her attitude acceptable. She says okay. How nasty and UNPROFESSIONAL!! We left and went to Tully's wherewe had great food, clean area and a fantastic atmosphere with very pleasant employees! Never again will we go back there when wevisit the area. Read more
Our server Sabrina was very nice. The food took a long time to come out, we didn't get silverware and then to get the check and... have her cash us out took even longer. They either need more help or need better training for their staff. Read more
Would give 0 if I could we came in last night around 1030pm. We wait 20 mins for a server. Finally we got a server/bartender to... take drink orders. Then a fight broke out in the kitchen between staff the whole restaurant could hear it. The whole party of 4ended up walking out with out ordering any food and since drinks weren't made yet. We saw the bartender as we where we leaving Iassume she was the manager I feel so bad for her and wish her luck. As it looked as if she was bout to cry. New server. No worries. She was trying. One other waitress was talking loudly across restaurant to ask customers how things... were. Kind of odd. Like if they had an issue the entire place would know. Same waitress was wiping nose with hands and then hershirt. Other employees were talking loudly from a distance across the place. The Philly cheesesteak burger was amazing. The fries were pretty mediocre.
Went to eat with my husband an son , we had a great waitress named Jessica . Very nice person very funny and got everything we... needed. Very good food there. . Thank you for such a great dinner experience. We will be back ???? Read more
I placed an order at 10pm for me and my family, we ordered a variety of things, the person who took our order sold us it would... be ready in 15 minutes, I figured it might take longer than that so i gave them about 30 mins or so. Upon arriving at fridays ihad to wait an additional 20 mins to get my food. The bartender brought my food out. Once i got home and checked it. It wascompletely cold. They were missing 3/5 of our items and out of the items they gave us it was disgusting. We had asked for ourshrimp on the side i attached a picture. Also the pan pot stickers were raw . Typical TGI Fridays food and drinks were as expected servers were very nice and restaurant was clean. But the place was... extremely understaffed! We were in no rush, so it was more comical than annoying, but it took 20mins just to place an order andabout 50mins for our to come out. The food came out as ordered (thankfully!) And the server was very apologetic about the longwait time when the place was just about empty. I wouldn't be surprised if our server cooked our food as well.
