I was rather disappointed. As with ever other place the prices have gone up while the quality of the has gone down. The food was... just ok also there is NO fried rice. The server was border line rude because we asked her questions and then she didn't followour directions when we received our order. That's just plain pitiful! Seriously since when do your kitchen duties in the middleof the dining area where I'm eating. It's not what I want to see!!! Read more

I came here a couple of years ago and it was fantastic. Very friendly staff, great food and atmosphere. However this seems to be... no more. After a recent visit we received a starter of chicken satay that was still very raw inside. To push home how dangerousthis is, raw chicken consumption can literally kill you! It is so dangerous that you can experience at the very least severevomiting and diarrhea. Get a more severe reaction and you could well end up in hospital with a huge medical bill and lastinglifelong issues and then of course death if you should be unlucky. The staff were apologetic about it and refunded just the costof the starter and thankfully none of us ate any of it, but if we hadn't checked we would surely be very sick. However I wouldhave expected no charge at all for any of our meal. The atmosphere in there was also totally different than before. Not veryfriendly and a lady was food prepping a huge load of what looked like basil right in the middle of the restaurant. The diningarea is for dining. It is not for food prep. I am sure there is some sort of code that says you shouldn't be doing that. I shallnever return again due to the raw chicken incident. Yes it may have been a one off but that is just not good enough. It seemsAmerica is just full to the brim of below par restaurants. Read more

Their Tom yum soup is great, we also had pad Thai. Not your ordinary pad Thai. I would go back and try something else next time.

I really enjoyed my meal here. I had lunch- Chicken Satay for the appetizer and Pad Thai with shrimp & chicken for my main dish.... The Pad Thai had the most shrimp and chicken that I?ve ever seen in the dish at any restaurant, I was really pleased. PS-I?mfrom out of town. Read more

Large restaurant by the highway with even bigger portions. The food was absolutely delicious and worth every penny. What?s even... better than the food might be the service. The waitress was super friendly and made the dining experience even better Read more

Food is great but service can be lot better. Not sure if it?s just a language barrier or staff is rude ! Non accommodative . I... have been to many many Thai places and for the matter of fact these people are very warm, very polite. So this behavior wasstrange- they didn?t even help with simple phone charging request! This place is always busy, for a reason! You'll still find a good seat, the wait isn't long. Dishes can be requested gluten... free & menu has something for everyone. Read more

This is the second thai restaurant I?m visiting in Rochester after Saks. This is a pretty decent restaurant, and all the food we... ordered was delicious. We ordered tom yum soup, phat thai, thai fried rice and chicken satay. Everything tastes great. Serviceis fast, and the quantity they are giving for that price is a lot. It?s a huge place, so there?s always a place for you. Thewhole place is clean and tidy. Worth it. Read more
