I haven't been back in a number of years and again it did not disappoint and now I'm kicking myself as to why it's taken so long... to go back. Was able to walk in at 8pm and be immediately seated. Had the chicken parm and the penne with bolognese and bothwere exceptional and huge! With inflation running rampant they still managed to keep each order under $20/person when everyrestaurant now would charge close to if not more than $30 for the same. Ohmygoodnesss what a delightful experience! Came here last night for my daughter?s bday and were greeted with huge smiles and... treated like family!! The food was soo delicious and heart warming with hefty portions! My daughter and I left out of there fulland satisfied from the service down to the meals! Our first time there. Waitress was wonderful, food was delicious, atmosphere was pleasant!
Add always.. the food was delicious with generous portions. My sons steak wasn't cooked as ordered but he ate it anyway because... it was delicious. The owner found out and took the steak off the check! It wasn't necessary but they really go above andbeyond to please over there! For the first time I didn't care for our server tho... She snapped at my mom who is 78 and can'there anyway.... but i will go Again and again. This remains one of my favorite places to eat and drink! Read more
The Pasta Villa is easily one of the most premier Italian restaurants in Rochester! The atmosphere is always welcoming and cozy,... and the food is out of this world delicious! As a word of warning, this is not the place to get a quick bite to eat. They don'ttake reservations for parties of less than 5 people, and if you come on prime night be prepared to wait. The food is absolutelyworth it, however! Pictured is the Calamari Fritta appetizer, along with the entrees Veal Parmigiana and Cacciuco (clams, crab,shrimp and scallops over a delicious garlic butter pasta). My daughter took me for my b day lunch and was my first time there, Food was just okay. I ordered the Tiffany chicken French and... my daughter ordered the fettuccine Alfredo, we tried each others as we always do and agreed both dishes are lacking seasoning,especially the garlic! I was surprised the meals didn't include a soup or salad as most places offer this so that was a bummer,It wasn't terrible but very plain. the service was great tho Read more
