This location is out of everything all the time. They have been out of ICE for 2 days now. They were out of milk, I had shells... in my breakfast sandwich, etc. Don't bother ordering anything from here, drive to another Tim's. Read more
Avoid this dump. Went way out there as it was open when other Tims were closed... but don't bother. They are out of common... items, no donuts, no Iced Caps, no sandwiches, no soup. Staff was so out of it, probably too busy on TikTok for me. Repeated myorder 3 times and they still messed up.Only can hope they take hygiene and food prep more serious than doing their simplejob. This location is poorly ran the staff there is very rude it always smells like dirty mop water, the drive-through is torn up I... can keep going on. You can?t even get a coffee Without wrecking your car or being given a bad attitude, as well as they don?tgive you sleeves with your coffee, I specifically asked how come they don?t do this and it was told to me you have to ask forit. This location Truly needs to be revised as it comes to general management, because I live up the street and I rather go outof my way to a different Tim Hortons then to visit this location and it?s only five minutes away from my house. This place is disgusting. There was trash all over the floor, the garbage cans were overflowing, and there were flies... everywhere. We waited 30mins for one order and when the rest of our 3 person group decided not order the employees began to talkvery loudly about ?people? being impatient. Aside from us there were only three other customers in there, two of them hadn?tordered yet. When we finally received our order the egg and bacon were under cooked. Food is good (can?t go wrong with Timbits and I?m obsessed with their avocado toast), but service is consistently underwhelming... on the weekends. Drive thru takes forever and they regularly forget part of your order if you?re ordering multiple things.Lately they have the front doors locked?so if you discover you?re missing something from your drive thru order, you have to getback in the long drive thru line or go without. Definitely not the place to stop if you?re in a rush. Check your drive thruorder every time before pulling away from the window. Read more
The iced Capps and Timbits tasted good but we tried to go inside and the doors were locked? The drive thru took a wicked long... time. When we finally got up to the window the employee quickly took the payment and said give us a minute and shut the windowagain. I like Tim Hortons but wouldn't rush back to this location. Read more
