The new restaurant in Greece, New York needs a lot of work. The service was slow. The staff was young and giggling, not... professional in any way shape or form supplies were limited. The girl at the ice cream station had no idea how to make a sundayand I had problem making change. I understand young people often fill these jobs. However, it?s no excuse for the display I sawthis evening. If you want this location to succeed you?re either need a better manager. Or better train staff. Read more
Came in. Waited prob 6min. Wasnt busy..mon @7:30pm. Several girls standing around.. took my order waited 25min for it. Didnt... check it til in truck..shorted a water an apple juice a fry and two sides. Whilst people stood around.. seemed like one girl wasdoing all the work. By that time fries cold etc...very poor service. Wont be back. And not sorry. Read more
My family and I are long term fans of Tom Wahls and we always will be.... just not this location. We went in last night for... the first time and it was the biggest train wreck I have ever experienced at a Tom Wahls. I counted.... there were 12 employeesall standing behind the registers looking completely confused and flustered. Nobody seemed to have the slightest idea what theywere doing. The girl at the register didn't seem to really know how to use it and there was nobody trying to help her. Whenwe finally got our food... my wife's meal and my son's meal were completely wrong. Everyone's fries were ice cold. Wedecided to get hot fudge Sundays for dessert.....20 minutes after we ordered them we were informed that they were all out of hotfudge. It was just bad all the way around from start to finish. We will go back out to Fairport. It's worth the drive!!! Read more
I personally did not order food for myself but I was picking up a delivery. I was the 3rd driver to pick up a customers order... (the original driver stole the food). They were awesome enough to remake the order in under 10 minutes for me. The customer wasextremely happy and thankful for them doing this!!! Keep up the great work!!! Read more
My son just slipped and fell in this location about 10min ago because there is wax on the floor.. ridiculous
Have been here twice since it opened. Just go to Five Guys instead.
Really good food and excellent service. Clean inside and out. Busy for my visit, but not full capacity. Food was just as I... hoped, and reminded me of the original location. Drive thru was busy but moving quickly. Read more
